Duties and responsibilities:

1.Diagnose, treat, and help prevent diseases of women. Monitor patient progress or responses to treatments. Provide health and wellness advice to patients;

2.Arranges for consults and patient transfers as needed;

3.Collaborates with senior consultants in the establishment of diagnoses and treatments；

4.Writes progress notes for each patient seen in clinic;

5.Resource for nursing staff regarding patient care issues;

6.Works on quality improvement activities within the department in collaboration with other physicians and CMO;

7.Will work closely with the Administrative Leader/Department Chief in supporting departmental goals;

8.Keep up to date with developments in the field of Gynecology, participate in appropriate Continuing Medical Education seminars and course in order to fulfill the requirements of the appropriate Specialist College; and, where clinically appropriate, to be able to offer the latest treatments;

9.Other department related work.

Qualification and requirements:

Qualifications：

1.Graduate from an accredited medical or related school;

2.Minimum 5 years of clinical gynecological experience.

Skills：

1.Ability to organize and prioritize;

2.Good communication skill in both English and Chinese;

3. Friendly treatment of patients;

4.Be responsible and able to work independently at most of the time.

Knowledge：

1.Good clinical knowledge;

2.Evidence based medicine.
